The offered daytime running light is a vehicle-specific article, specifically for the VW T4 (1996-2003). The daytime running light fits into the original recesses of the fog light cover. The mounting is done at the existing mounting points with a vehicle specific mounting adapter in the bumper. This is the only way to ensure the required power consumption.If connected via the cigarette lighter, the power cables of the cigarette lighter would become too hot and major damage, including fire, could occur.A connection via the cigarette lighter is only recommended up to a maximum of 120 watts.
