All other headlights without ECE marking are only approved as worklights and may not be used in road traffic. However, the wattage is never utilized by the headlight, but only about half. Otherwise the LED's would burn out at the higher temperatures or the LED's would discolor strongly. The LED's would therefore only have a significantly shorter lifetime.
