We offer bonnet mirrors here that are made of highly polished stainless steel. The surface of the bonnet mirrors shines like mirror glass. The bonnet mirrors are glued between the bonnet stiffeners/struts of the bonnet. This makes the individual bonnet mirrors larger.The mirrors are not made of simply polished stainless steel, but of highly polished stainless steel.Simply polished stainless steel has a shine, but it does not really shine like a mirror due to a grey haze. However, this material also costs barely half as much as the higher-quality, highly polished stainless steel.The production with tin snips would slightly bend the material on the cut sides and the effect would be gone. Our bonnet mirrors are cut out with a laser and are therefore not bent or frayed. Please do not compare our bonnet mirrors with a foil that is supposed to give the same effect.
