One of the first and most fundamental modifications to the Jeep Wrangler is always a suspension lift. Groud clearance, driving comfort, safety and other modifications such as tyres, bumpers, roof rack, etc. are always made in coordination with the suspension. This is the only way to achieve the maximum driving experience.1. Eibach suspension lift springs 50-60mmTo give the look and performance of your vehicle the final touch, the Eibach Pro-Lift-Kit was developed. The offered lift springs were developed in cooperation with the suspension specialists of Eibach in Germany, adapted to the European road conditions and produced exclusively for Hansen Styling Parts. The springs were developed on a JL with mounted steel bumpers, winch, etc. and achieve a lifting of approx. 50mm. In series conditon, a lift of up to 60mm is possible.2. Bilstein B8 high-performance shock absorberDue to its extended design, the BILSTEIN B8 5100 fits perfectly with our Eibach lift springs for your Jeep Wrangler JL. The BILSTEIN monotube technology and the patented degressive vave system of the BILSTEIN B8 5100 are specially designed for these requirements. Whether on or off the road, it responds to changing road conditions without delay, providing directional stability, vehicle control and ride comfort.3. Coupling rods/stabilisersThe longer coupling rods, for the front and rear axles, keep the movement of the axle, e.g. in case of entanglement, within reasonable limits and improve driving stability considerably.4. Axle stops/Bump stopsThe axle stops, also known as bump stops, are installed within the spring travel and prevent the shock absorbers from botooming or bouncing when the wheels are submerged to the maximum extent in the wheel housing.5. Adjustable panhard bar - front axleThe reinforced adjustable panhard rod, for 2-6" lift kits, is mandatory. It ensures proper axle centering after the modification.6. Panhard bar bracket - rear axleThe panhard bar offset bracket is mounted to ensure perfect axle centering on lifted vehicles.7. Brake lineThe brake line must, normally, only be extended from approx. 3" lift on the Jeep Wrangler JL. The original brake line bracket has to be removed with our suspension lift.8. Trailing arm / Geo correction bracketGeometric correction brackets or trailing arm lowering is always useful if the caster, i.e. the angle at which the tyres are behind the vertical axis of rotation, is reduced due to the installed suspension lift. Among other things, this can cause the well-known death wobble. The geobrackets correct the angle back to the correct setting and improve th driving characteristics.We also offer this complete suspension lift kit with the geometric correction brackets in our shop!TÜV-certificateOThe delivery includes a TÜV certificate. You'll receive a suspension system that has been tested according to the current guidelines for pedestrian protection (2009/102/EWG) and is TÜV approved.The difference to other suspension systems:The springs and shock absorbers were manufactured and developed in cooperation with the suspension specialists from Eibach and Bilstein in Germany and adapted to European road conditions. Very robust, massive black 3-part front bumper. 3mm steel bumper for a great look of your vehicle. The bumper can be mounted to original mounting points. The bumper has recesses for the original parking sensors and the original fog lights. Corresponding brackets for lights are included. The included bar can be mounted/demounted easily. In order to achieve more off-road mobility, the bumper corners can be removed without much effort. Tyre sizes up to 37" can be used without any problems, without touching the bumper. The included winch plate allows the use of all common winches with a hole pattern for fastening of : approx. 254 x 114 mm. (For hole dimensions please check out the sketch in the pictures).Registration:This item will be deliverd without a certificate, material certificate or test report. Highly polished stainless steel tire cover complete with stainless steel ring and black plastic center plate. The stainless steel ring is lockable. The cover plate was made specifically for the Jeep Wrangler JL. The rear view camera integrated in the reseverad can be used without any problems. The smooth surface of the center plate can be easily painted or pasted with foil.Excellent as an advertising medium. The high quality durability and good cleanability are further features of this convincing product.Please note, however, that the tire cover is always designed only for normal road tires, should you drive a rim with e.g. coarse tread (all-terrain), then please measure your tire before again.
