Rugged Ridge X-Clamp 2"-3" aluminum black for headlight & lightbar attachment
Suitable for all lamp bars, front protection bars and roll bars with a tube diameter of 60mm to 76mm.
The Rugged Ridge X-Clamp headlight clamp made of black aluminum is ideal for the additional attachment of headlights, beacons, etc. It uses the state-of-the-art Pivotal Fit technology and can be adjusted to the tube diameter by using the different screws included in the scope of delivery. Very stable design that enables extremely low-vibration installation of additional headlights.
No other clamp on the market offers such a perfect fit for such a wide range of pipe diameters! The clamp has a 12mm hole, so you can easily attach the headlights or rotating beacons. If the clamp is fastened upside down, it can even be mounted on e.g. bull bars that are placed very close to the body.

The housing is completely made of aluminum. The reflector is made of high quality plastic, which is equipped with 6 high power LED's. The luminosity corresponds to approx. 5400 lumens. The color temperature is 6000 Kelvin. This corresponds approximately to the brightness of daylight. The rubber-mounted stainless steel base ensures low vibration mounting. However, the wattage is never utilized by the headlight, but only about half. Otherwise the LED's would burn out at the higher temperatures or the LED's would discolor strongly. The LED's would therefore only have a significantly shorter lifetime. This results in the partially different measurement results between the nominal power and the real, measured wattage.
