Eibach Lifting Springs 30mm suitable for Jeep Wrangler JK (2007-2018)

Extremely robust, black-striped, 3-piece front bumper. The solid 3mm thick steel bumper gives your vehicle that unmistakable look. The bumper is mounted at the original attachment points. Additional drillings are not necessary.The bumper has mounting holes for the fog lights, these headlights are also included in the scope of delivery including an E-mark. Corresponding headlight holders are also included in the scope of delivery. The supplied bracket can be easily mounted or dismounted and has a height of approx. 19cm (measured from the bumper). To achieve more off-road mobility, the bumper corners can be removed without much effort. Tyre sizes up to 37" can be driven without any problems. The winch plate included in the scope of delivery allows the use of all common winches with a hole pattern for fastening of approx. 254x114mm.The delivery does not include a parts certificate, material certificate or test report. The entry in the vehicle documents must be made by individual approval, e.g. as an equipment carrier for a winch. The installation will invalidate the vehicle's operating permit unless an inspection is carried out immediately in accordance with StVZO §19, Para. 2 in conjunction with §21. After the technical modification has been carried out, the vehicle must therefore be immediately presented to an officially recognised expert at a technical inspection centre. Our suspension consists of coil springs +30 mm and monotube high-performance gas pressure dampers. Delivery takes place with TÜV parts certificate. You will receive from us a 30 mm suspension system that has been tested in accordance with the current guidelines for pedestrian protection (2009/102/EEC) and is TÜV-approved.The difference to other suspension systems:The springs and shock absorbers were manufactured and developed in cooperation with the suspension specialists from Eibach and Bilstein in Germany and adapted to European road conditions. The precise tuning of Eibach suspension springs and Bilstein shock absorbers reduces the uncontrolled movement of the Jeep Wrangler's high body. The proven BILSTEIN upside-down technology ensures that the support and lateral forces are distributed over a large area and there is a significant increase in torsional rigidity in the connection between the wheel and the body. This significantly improves ride comfort on the road. The steering precision and the load capacity of the vehicle are increased. This guarantees more vehicle control, safer handling, as well as better traction.Suspensions of e.g. 50, 70 and even 100 mm lift require an additional test (crash test) to fulfil these legal guidelines.If a suspension of more than 30 mm is not tested accordingly, it no longer fulfils these guidelines and the TÜV parts certificate is no longer valid. Please note that the operating licence of your vehicle may also expire if such a suspension system is installed without a valid TÜV parts certificate.Exception: imported vehicles from the USA with individual type approval!Important information:Our shock absorbers are manufactured by Bilstein exclusively for us in Germany.
